The rite is the current one, it is celebrated in latin, and the altar is turned to the people. You have a lot of traditionnal elements in the liturgy, but it reflects also a hopeful vision on the future because you can see, amongst other elements, a great number of young priests ordained.

The deacons who are ordained are members of the clergy of the Prelature of the Holy Cross and Opus Dei. The ordaining bishop is the Most Reverend Javier Echevarría, Bishop Prelate of the Opus Dei. The third deacon seen during the imposition of the hands by the bishop is the Reverend Father Stéphane Seminckx from Belgium.
